2024 Bathroom leaks through ceiling insurance - Lol. My bathroom has flooded multiple times (the last time was earlier this year and it was because my upstairs neighbor's toilet backed up). And there's a vent as well as a light right in the middle of my ceiling where the water poured out of. But they just vacuumed the water out of my bathroom (left it a mess) and didn't check in the ceiling.
